What this site does
This site provides controlled demonstrations of Langent's AI capability products. It is intended for organisations evaluating Langent's capabilities for potential deployment.
All demonstration content uses illustrative data only. The site does not process real learner records, real policy documents, or any personal data belonging to third parties unless explicitly entered by a registered user during a pilot access session.
What data we collect and why
Access registration
When you request access to the demo site, we collect your name, work email address, and organisation name. This is used to review and approve your access request and to contact you regarding your application. Legal basis: legitimate interests. Retained for the duration of your access period plus 12 months, deleted on request.
Text entered into the Policy Simplifier
Text you paste into the Policy Simplifier is sent to an AI language model for processing. We do not store the text you enter — it is processed in the session and discarded. Legal basis: consent.
Learner details entered in Education Pathway Navigator (registered users only)
Registered users may enter illustrative learner details. We do not store learner details entered during a session. Important: do not enter real personal data belonging to identifiable individuals into this demo. If you wish to test with real data, contact us to discuss a protected engagement with appropriate data processing agreements in place.
Session and usage data
We collect basic session data including pages visited and feature usage, used to understand how the demo is being used and to improve it.

Your rights under UK GDPR
